My stay is GREAT!! Staff and all are AWESOME!! One issue with my room being unlocked with the door lock but propped open for the room services when they came to clean the room but it only happened one. I enjoy seeing Mrs. Shelina most morning during breakfast time from 6-10, she’s very kind, loving, and with great hospitality!! I recommend this hotel with staff any day!!!! Love them all!!! Being from Mississippi all went GREAT!!

Stayed 3 nights in and out. Rooms were clean and accommodating. Location is minutes from Pensacola Airport.

Our family stayed at the hotel as part of a large school function. The rooms were larger than expected, the breakfast was good and the service was fantastic. We created some drama by making an error on our reservation and Ila and Rylee were more than helpful and accommodating in getting us in an appropriate room.

This hotel was a 10/10. We stayed one night in a king suite and it was immaculate. Very clean and spacious. The front desk staff were kind and very accommodating, they even checked us in a little early! The kitchenettes are stocked with everything you may need to cook, the bathroom stocked with all the toiletries you may need as well. Housekeeping was so sweet and offered a late check out if needed. The breakfast staff were helpful and there was a great selection of hot and cold options. Bonus points for the 24hr coffee/tea station and free parking. It is a great location as well, with everything you need close by and only a 20 minute drive to the beach. Overall I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great desk, bar, and lobby staff. Gotta stay aware of staying in loop with house keeping. You gotta request and follow up. Especially if your staying more than 4 days. I have had to request and report for being skipped over even after requesting room cleaning and reset. But love the staff and team here. That was only hiccup. Area was perfect. Food and mall within 800 meters.

We booked this room last minute after our flight was canceled out of Pensacola, and the staff couldn’t be easier to work with. The room was clean and well furnished. We had a mini fridge, a comfortable bed and what appeared to be a recently renovated bathroom. They have a well stocked snack bar area And a complementary shuttle to the airport. The sitting area in the lobby was comfortable and the hotel looked and smelled amazing. You will not be disappointed staying here.

Great stay - room suites are nice and spacious, beds are comfortable enough, TV is huge with Netflix and Disney+ that you can login to, hot breakfast with variety from 6-10am. Earlier checkin and later checkout which is nice. Shower was actually really good, and the body wash and hand soap smelled amazing. Stayed for 3 nights and would stay here again in the future. 4 stars because the walls and ceilings are thin, we unfortunately stayed below a disrespectful guest who stomped (literally stomped hard enough and consistently enough to shake the furniture on the walls) all night and early in the morning. Front desk was helpful and contacted them to be mindful, which helped with their stomping for awhile. Our last night those people were gone, and that day was a 5/5 stay.

I recently stayed at this Home 2 Suites in Pensacola, Fl. prior to surgery because of its convenience. The staff was so friendly and helpful before and after my surgery when we returned to the hotel. The breakfast was so good and filling (so I’m told by my family. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone to stay at.
